Ardiana Gashi is a professor at the University of Pristina, the Faculty of Economics. Ardiana lectures on Labor Economics, Gender Economics, Econometrics and Statistics.

She earned a Bachelor degree from the University of Prishtina and pursued her postgraduate education, obtaining an MA (2001–2002) and a Ph.D. (2004–2007) from Staffordshire University in the UK.

Ardiana scholarly focus lies in the realm of economics, specifically with her doctoral research centering on labor economics and human capital. Her academic contributions are evident through publications in reputable journals, addressing topics such as labor force dynamics, employment trends, emigration, informal employment, and the intersection of employment with gender equality.
