Melita is a passionate and innovative leader in the incorporation of new technologies in the field of financial management with +20 years of experience.

As the founder of “Melita&Partners” in 2010, she has managed to merge her two passions, finance and technology, to lead over 700 different businesses and organizations regionally towards the digital transformation of financial management. Recently, she founded the platform KUDO Become Freelance Digital Accountant, which aims to increase the skills of candidates to become a digital accountant with access to the global market. During October 2023 Melita has Co-Founded Bota Outsourcing with main offices in London in order to provide outsourced bookkeeping services to International Companies.

Melita has completed post-graduate studies in Business Administration at Staffordshire University in the UK. She has been a member of Society of Certified Accountants and Auditors of Kosova “SCAAK” since 2003 and holds the title of Certified Accountant. “Melita has also served as a Board Member in SCAAK”.
