Gersi Gashi has been a civil society activist for more than 10 years, with a background in public policy, economics, and legal studies.

Gersi currently serves as the Research and Development Director at the Center for Policies and Advocacy from June 2020. In this role, he has made significant contributions, such as serving as the main editor for various organizational publications, authoring influential papers, and impacting policies at the local and national level.

His current work mainly focuses on labor rights, specifically promoting decent work agenda as a means to ensure that there is sustainable social and economic development.
