Emrush Ujkani  is a lawyer specializing European Union law and currently works as Lecturer at the School of Law at the University for Business and Technology.

He is a graduate of University of Prishtina law school and holds a master’s degree from Katholieke University of Leuven.

At the same time, he is researching and pursuing his PhD in EU Law. Mr. Ujkani has more than 14 years of professional experience in national and internationally funded projects. Mr. Ujkani served as legal advisor/consultant in the development of a number of important laws in Kosovo including the Law on Kosovo Agency on Forensics.

Emrush Ujkani is currently the CEO of European Investors Council (EIC). Mr. Ujkani also used to work as Senior Legal Expert on Inspection reform with IFC supporting Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade. Under this two assignments Mr. Ujkani provided professional expertise to the ministry in developing draft law on inspection; Providing trainings to different departments within Ministry of Industry Entrepreneurship and Trade. He also assisted Ministry of Trade and Industry in initiating process of implementation of EU Services Directive in Kosovo.
